6-Week Guided Check-In Support is a written support program for buyers of Rocket Fuel Workout, 5-Min Strength, 5-Min Chair, and Balance Control.

It gives you a way to stay connected to your program, get feedback from Phillip, and know what to do next when something feels unclear.

Each week, you complete a short check-in form and share:

what you completed

what felt good

what felt difficult

where you feel stuck

and what you are unsure about next

Phillip personally reviews your check-in and sends written guidance based on where you are.

That may mean helping you decide whether to repeat the same session, adjust a movement, slow down, add challenge, restart, or move forward.

If you miss a week, simply continue with your next check-in. Missed check-ins do not extend the support period.
